To inculcate the spirit of sportsmanship and discipline in the minds of the students, PVUN Ltd is continuing with its “Sports Kit Distribution Drive” under its community development initiatives.

On 22nd December 2022, Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti distributed the kits in S.S High School, Patratu in the presence of School principal, Staff and students.

The sports kits include Cricket Kits, Football Kits, Carrom Sets, Volleyball Sets, Chess sets, Skipping ropes, and Team dresses.

In addition to the drive, Smt. Sarita Jha, General Secretary (Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti) and Smt. Deepika Roy, Welfare Secretary (Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti) spoke to students about the importance of physical and mental health in order to excel. This drive is aimed at engaging the youth in sports by channelizing their energy in the right direction.

Further, this “Sports Kit Distribution Drive” is a part of the campaign - “Chalo School Chale” by PVUN, which aims to bring children back to school, ensuring their education and further reducing the school dropout rate.
